Privacy

Claims-bot stores only the information needed to operate configured claim workflows and the management dashboard.

Information we process

We process Discord user, server, role, channel, message, and thread identifiers; server configuration; claim status and timestamps; and the OAuth information needed to verify dashboard access. Participant message content is checked by the bot but response text is not stored in the Claims-bot database.

How information is used

Information is used to validate claims, create and manage threads, enforce server settings, grant configured roles, expire incomplete claims, and authorize server administrators in the dashboard.

Retention and control

Server configuration and claim records remain while the service needs them to operate. Server administrators may request deletion of their server’s stored data. Signing out removes the dashboard session from your browser.

Discord

Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s own terms and privacy policy. Claims-bot never asks for your Discord password.
